Our teas are loose leaf, giving the leaves, herbs and spices room to unfurl as they steep. Use a tea infuser, reusable filter or teapot with a built-in strainer to brew your cup.

Follow the brewing directions for your blend, as water temperature and steeping time can vary. For a fuller flavor, add a little more tea. For a gentler cup, use a little less.

Caffeine depends on the blend. Black and green teas naturally contain caffeine, while many herbal blends are naturally caffeine free. Check the individual tea’s description before choosing your blend.

Yes! Brew a stronger cup using more tea, then let it cool and pour over ice. This keeps the flavor from becoming too diluted as the ice melts. Enjoy it as it is, or add a little honey or lemon to taste.

Keep your tea tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and strong aromas. A cupboard away from the stove is a lovely home for it between cups.
